Our app offers the ability to sign in using your Google account to sync your files directly to Google Drive. If you choose to connect your account, we access basic profile information (name and email) and Google Drive storage created by this app.
2. Local Storage and File Management
The application operates primarily within your browser. Files, CAD scripts, and preferences are stored locally on your device via browser local storage and IndexedDB.
3. ScribeCAD AI Features
AI features (Gemini API) securely transmit prompts and code snippets to Google for processing, subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
4. Usage & Analytics
Currently, we do not employ external tracking scripts or analytic tools.
How We Use Your Information
We only use your information for core functionality: secure authentication, local configuration persistence, Google Drive synchronization, and ScribeCAD AI design assistance.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. Authentication, file syncing (Google Drive), and AI generation (Gemini) are handled securely and governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
